We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel, reduce or change the quality of the product to be provided to you based on our research and feedback received from users.
Mintkin reserves the right to amend their Terms and Conditions of discounts offered, commissions to resellers at any time. If such changes are made, the same will be communicated through the website.
Purchasing Goods
When purchasing goods on this website you agree that the personal information which you are required to provide for easy doorstep delivery is true and the same will be shared with the courier service. While placing orders, you are requested to ensure the details are correct.
You place your order request for goods from the website by clicking on the confirm order button at the end of the on-line order process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
Payment for items (retail customers) is currently through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway that ensure safe transactions.
Once you have placed your order and completed payment, you will get a confirmation on the website.
Any unauthorised use of our site (for example, use of a coupon that is not genuine) may result in your order being refused with a full refund.
Pricing and description of goods
Prices for goods on the website are as quoted. Tax is not charged. Free delivery is provided on a minimum purchase quantity as indicated in the options on the website.
We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products given on the website are correct. From time to time as the products are developed, additional information will be updated on our website.
We endeavour to make sure pricing is correct at time of publishing, but reserve the right to change prices due to error or supplier changes. The customer will be informed of price changes accordingly.
Precautions
Store the soaps in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, until use. After each use, the soap should be placed on a free-draining soap dish clear of standing water, to allow it to dry out. Failure to do this may cause the soap to soften.
We use food grade colors (in some soaps) that are completely safe.
The soap is for external use only. Should any irritation occur, use should be discontinued immediately; we would be grateful for any feedback should this happen.
It is advisable to check on a small area of skin before main use. Some essential oils contain potential allergens that may cause adverse reactions in some individuals. If you have known sensitivity to an ingredient or allergen please check the product prior to purchase.,
Delivery:
We promise to deliver the product at your doorstep within the shortest possible time without any damage.
We will make every effort to despatch orders within 3 working days of receipt
We deliver through local courier service and shipment charges are detailed on the ordering section.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are accepted only if the product is returned within 7 days after delivery with the cover and label intact.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the cancellation conditions as stated below, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have received the payment and dispatched the product ordered by you.
We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
If you are not satisfied and wish to return the goods ordered, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will refund only UNUSED products, returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, including undamaged, sealed packaging and labelling for individual items, within 21 days.
